Recognizing the ever increasing reporting demands being placed on user's and organizations, PMADS has been developed to provide an enterprise business process solution that dramatically reduces the amount of time spent gathering data for the purpose of reporting.

Today, PMADS provides quick and easy access to accurate and timely program information through numerous web screens and reports. From detailed daily journal transaction reports to the more summary level type reports, PMADSee delivers the visibility into up-to-date program information that managers need.

The PMADS web service delivers a standards compliant method for business portals to consume business information directly as it occues.  

 Future reporting capabilities call for PMADS to employ a data access publish and subscribe methodology for allowing data consumers, anywhere in the enterprise, to have access to the data they need-when they need it. This information brokering technology, will allow business offices to configure and schedule role-based data accessibility/reporting so data consumers can self-serve themselves with standardized and ad-hoc reporting.

Messaging

PMADS EventCast™ alerts decision-makers and analyst of time-critical information by making automated business activity monitoring possible. Users are able to subscribe to receive automatic messages to their desktops and wireless handheld devices for when key events occur. PMADS EventCast™ alerts are classified into three categories:

1. Notification Events - Notify users of completed actions.
   
2. Performance Events - Notify users whenever an actual or projected threshold or milestone is missed or crossed.
   
3. Operational Events - Notify users whenever a specific transaction or activity in day-to-day operations requires action.
