PMADS - Army AT&L Program Management and Business Transformation - Enabled

Wow what a busy past several months we've had working with our new PMADS customers. It's very rewarding to help organizations transform their business operations because it all translates directly into increased timely support to our war fighters!

Developing standard business processes from a mission focused perspective is essential. PMADS continues to prove itself as a collaborative business platform whereby standard business processes and operations can be achieved.

By this I mean, implementing PMADS into an organization in a way that engages and empowers all stakeholders so they can think and operate (focus) in terms of the mission rather than in terms of financial "pots of money", "colors of money", etc. Then helping the organization develop and document a standard operating procedure in support of that mission. Organizational roles and responsibilities are defined and PMADS serves as the integration point that enables work flow processes to occur. People can come and go and mission support does not suffer. Operational tempo increases as PMADS communicates timely business information and events to mission support stakeholders.

As we continue to work at helping Army organizations transform their business operations, its clear that the foundational element to Army wide business transformation lies in providing the people who do day-to-day work and who own the deliverables, a business collaboration capability that is focused on what they do day-to-day. Empowering them to focus on their mission!
