Improving Operational Tempo, the Key to Business Tranformation

The more we work with Army organizations the clearer it becomes that the foundational element to Army business transformation is in improving business process management (i.e. workflow).

Clean audits and reporting this or reporting that are all worthy of our attention and efforts, but the common thread across the Army enterprise is the overwhelming need for the Army to have the ability tobe able to efficiently and effectively flow business information(mission requirements, schedules, budgets, etc.) both vertically and horizontally. Having access to a shared calendar or perhaps a portal of documents is nice but what about collaborative access to mission requirements, schedules, and funding?

All the stakeholders must be engaged and empowered with roles, responsibilities, and business information. The focus of our efforts must be The Mission. If we want to be able to manage a mobile, agile and System-of-Systems interconnected Army, then our workforce must be given the ability to work this way.

Each time we work with a new PAMDS customers, our efforts are focused on helping their workforce put in place a collaborative business process. PMADS provides the platform for people and processes to collaborate and share the kinds of mission focused information that enables them to gain improved operational tempo.
