Modeled to support the PPBE process, PMADS provides complete data traceability from the Presidents Budget down to the lowest execution of funds.

Yes. PMADS has built in MIPR capability that completely automates the MIPR creation, authorization, and management process. It works like your email client with full routing capability. We've integrated with the DoD CAC for electonic signitures to be placed onto the MIPR documents in keeping with the E-SIGN legislation. Best of all, it happens in a 128-bit SSL encrypted environment making it totally safe and secure.
PMADS provides a framework for organizing around the mission and roles of your organization. It enables you to define these and then work in a collaborative enviornment. The General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is an Army financial asset management and accounting tool used by the Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve to standardize business processes. Over 52,000 end users in 227 locations use GFEBS to manage army acquisition, finances and contracts. GFEBS replaced the Standard Finance System (STANFINS) and the Standard Operations and Maintenance Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS).
