Below are a few questions we are asked daily. From "What exactly does your product do?" to "Why did you develop PMADS?" we'll attempt to answer them all.
Why did we develop PMADS?
To empower people to improve business operations so that increased resources and support can be delivered to our war fighters. As we have helped our customers do the hard job of business transformation, it is our view that the workforce has been forced to work in a stove-piped fashion due to the implementation of stove-piped IT tools and systems over the years. These tools, portals, and systems have been heavily focused on reporting information. This approach has resulted in increased staff sizes and work loads in order to locate, to collect, to synthesize, and then to data input into the reporting tools. This has cost the AT&L business community and has not delivered the kinds of day-to-day business operations support that is needed by the workforce.
A PMADS implementation provides a proven way for organizations to adopt Business Process Management (BPM) into their business operations and helps to transform around a mission focus. We take customers through the process step by step. First, we help them determine what is important to them in terms of how they perform and deliver their mission or service. Then we give teams and entire organizations the ability to create process-driven structures. Finally, unlike traditional big-bang software implementations, we work hand-in-hand to help your organization learn how to leverage the full potential of PMADS in order to refine and evolve your business operations.
We believe that the heart of business improvement lies in providing the people who do day-to-day work and who own the deliverables, a business system focused on what they do day-to-day. That may sound simple – and it is.

It increases the OPTEMPO of organizations enabling them to deliver increased support and resources to the war fighter. PMADS has been built on industry standards with commercial best business practices and AT&L “Gray Beard” experience to support the unique needs of the AT&L business domain.
What is the supporting techology?
PMADS is a Java (J2EE) server-side thin-client web application. The application is hosted behind Army firewalls inside the .MIL domain on New Millennium Technologies supplied and maintained hardware servers. PMADS is built to a n-tier SOA.
