The PMADS Requirements Planning section provides your technical/functional staff with a way in which they can identify and formulate the contract tasking requirements. These requirements can be worked in a collaborative process with the PMADS EventCast providing status notifications to contract personnel and other stakeholders. PMADS serves as the central location for your technical staff to develop the detailed task requirements and supporting documents that are used by contracts office to build Contract Requirement Packages (CRP).

Once executed against a contract, your stakeholders have a synchronized view of the requirement - plan - funding - and work being performed by the contractor.
